Below are the values I will uphold within myself and in my work with clients.
Self- Embodiment
Always continuing to expand and maintain my presence with self, my own erotic energy, connection to my body and my own inner healing. It is important that I continue to fill up my own cup in order provide deep presence for another.
Ethics
Always continuing to tune into my intuition and my assessment skills and continue supervision to maintain an ethical practice. To be embodied in my ethical practice in my personal life and professional life. To ensure and maintain a safe container for clients and myself.
Pleasure
Embracing and welcoming pleasure as it unfolds. Expanding capacity for pleasure and allowing it to be a normal part of our day to day lives. It is counter normative to focus on pleasure each day. Empowering voice and choice.
Unwinding the stories of our bodies.
Releasing the stored emotions in our bodies and releasing them. Listening to our bodies and their deep wisdom that they provide. Healing trauma from this current life and our ancestral lineage.
Spirituality
Be connected to the things that are greater then us all. To be connected energetically to nature, people, the universe. To honor our own each unique beliefs and spirituality.
Counter normative.
To continue to challenge and change our oppressive systems. To do this with self, others and community. To continue to self- reflect and challenge our own inner bias and listen and learn from other voices. To acknowledge the harm and be accountable and feel it in my body even when it is uncomfortable. Welcoming all diversity and all bodies. Acknowledging power dynamics and naming them.

Education & Training
A note on my academic training – I spent 6 years in training in School for Social Work and took additional courses in Women studies, Indigenous studies, and Psychology. I have practiced for over 13 years as Social Service Worker and last 2 years as a Clinical Social Worker in the public sector with a focus on trauma, healing from sexual violence, working with youth and crisis work. I will not be practicing as a social worker through this work. Although, these experiences do of course inform my somatic coaching and education practice particularly in regards to the neuroscience of trauma and my interpersonal skills.

Institute of Somatic Sex Education -2021 to January 2025. Somatic sex educators teach through body experiences designed to nurture, deepen or awaken the sensual self. These experiences can include coaching in breath, movement, body awareness, boundary-setting, communication, anatomy, sensate focus, massage, erotic trance and other body- based teaching about sex. Somatic Attachment Practitioner 60 hour Certificate Embody Lab- 2023. Completed a 3 month 60 hour program. I learned how to recognize key principles in somatic attachment therapy, how to support healing relational wounds, deeper therapeutic alliances, self regulation and co regulation techniques, identifying boundary ruptures and various other strategies. Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 Practitioner Training 2024- This training has taught me how to utilize touch to promote healing, relaxation, stress reduction through touch or virtual offerings.
