My Mission
My mission is to support clients in listening to their innate wisdom in their bodies, empowering their voice and choice, cultivate erotic wisdom and ways to support their nervous systems in healing.
Somatic Sex Education offers tools for:

About Me
As a child I experienced significant trauma. I witnessed violence, addictions and was sexually harmed. When I had my own daughter I began to take steps towards my own healing. I recognized as I begun to heal that my nervous system was dysregulated, I had a difficult time with boundaries, asking for what I needed, identifying feelings, difficulty in relationships, connecting to my body or even experiencing pleasure. I really struggled to embrace my own power, sexuality and freedom as a woman.
As I have continued on my healing journey I am able to feel more at home in myself , have a deeper connection to my body. I have explored many paths that have all contributed to my healing; therapy, education, somatic sex education, tantra, breathwork, dancing , singing and reiki. I have really found deep resonance with somatic work and connecting to my sexuality. I recognized the power of touch and how healing it can be. The more I learned the more passionate I got and wanted to support others to heal.
The path to erotic freedom can be a journey into aliveness, wholeness, connection to self and others, empowerment and so many other gifts. There can be a lot to unwind but also so much to find gratitude in.
